About AJ Ginsburg

AJ Ginsburg is the co-founder and President of Mega Capital, a venture capital firm investing in businesses spread across multiple industries including technology, real estate, telecom, healthcare, home services, and finance sectors. Since its founding, the company has been investing in start-ups as well as ongoing businesses looking for additional capital to grow their businesses.

AJ Ginsburg was born and raised in Staten Island, New York, where he got his education. Eager to hit the ground running, Ginsburg started his career at the early age of 19. After graduating from Brooklyn College with the highest honors, Ginsburg went on to receive his CPA- Certified Public Accountant title.

Still, Ginsburg’s entrepreneurial spirit couldn’t put him at his ease. After practicing accounting for a short time, he went on and bought his first business in the healthcare industry, at the age of 22. Since them, he has founded numerous healthcare companies, including a medical waste company, and a home health care agency, which became one of the largest home care agencies in the Greater New York City Area.

AJ Ginsburg has decades of experience in entrepreneurship of small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to assisting and advising in all stages of a business’s development, from the initial building of the business, throughout the planning stages, and eventually preparing for a lucrative exit, he also provides guidance and consulting for other entrepreneurs to help build their businesses, in a healthy and stable way. For many years, Ginsburg has served as a mentor and trainer, working on developing business teams through modular educations – from the basics of business and the business cycle, through communication and negotiation, to modeling successful salespeople and developing modern and effective strategies. Working with a large number of small and medium-sized businesses, he has designed a successful system formula to help his clients increase and even double their revenues based on the tried and tested model.

In the past couple of years, one of his primary focuses is adapting to new economic climates by pursuing new ventures in different sectors, while maintaining strong underwriting principles. A.J. Ginsburg has also purchased and invested in a number of real estate properties, ranging from multi-families to industrial properties, located in both suburban neighborhoods and urban city areas.

AJ Ginsburg is also actively involved in many philanthropic and charitable causes. Ever since he was seventeen, Ginsburg has worked with mentally disabled children, assisting with their daily tasks, and aiding them along with their families. He also serves on the board of several organizations working inside his community. In 2010, Ginsburg co-founded ROOTS, an organization geared towards religious education. Since its inception, ROOTS has grown into an international organization assisting over 3000 people in over 35 states in the United States.
